Actions speak louder than words. A very thoughtful read. Pride, ego - drive us into a false sense of security. Until we are placed where real life abides.

So true... life has a way of stripping away illusions and reminding us what really matters beyond pride or ego.

When we are filled with ego to the brim humanity takes a back seat 💺.

This is so true in real life. We can see such people in our daily walks of life.

An experience like a shot on the head breaks the ego into pieces and makes them human 🙏🏿

Very true... sometimes it takes a hard fall or painful experience to shatter ego and bring us back to our shared humanity.

This reads like a parable about status stripped away in an instant. It reveals who we really are when titles and perks are stripped away. I like how survival turns the businessman into a leader, not by wealth but by action, and how in the wreckage he finds the humanity he’d been missing at 30,000 feet. 👏🏻✨

Beautifully said... true leadership isn’t in titles or wealth, but in how we act when everything else is stripped away.

You are so right John 😌 What can we do for others ?! Sometimes it’s enough with a smile, meet somebodies eyes and tell them: I see you. You are worthy 💟 I give money to beggars now and then. People say.. You shouldnt do that, they only buy a beer or two. And so What? I do it anyway . And that shy humble look they give me tells me all💟Its showing humanity and compassion and in my opninion that is very good❣️

Well said... those small acts of humanity matter more than people realize. A smile, a kind word, or simple generosity can ripple far beyond what we see.
